The biggest challenge yet! 👊
So look, I’ll be honest my weight has always been a nightmare! I feel like Herman Klump were all I have to do is eat a chip and my arse blows up!!! So I was originally 25stone and thank go my weight is down, but I’m still a far distance away from goal weight of 16 1/2 stone.
I’ve been pushing my career so much over the last 3 year’s I’ve just gained and gained, and as you see from today’s scales I’m at 20 stone 10 ounces!
Let’s do this, tomorrow morning at 6:30am I plan to be in the gym before my work starts. I’ll be pushing for 3 cardio sessions a week for around 2 months and hopefully start to build some level of fitness. At that point I’ll ‘re evaluate!
My top tip for life is never start anything on a Monday, losers do that and we are not losers!!!!
